KSEB HRIS|HOW TO USE IT WITHOUT ORUMANET?|KSEB EMPLOYEE PORTAL

This is a web portal for KSEB Employees to access their service details from anywhere .It also deals with the internal matters in KSEB  Ltd.
Follow this steps

The users who do not have SSO password can use the following credentials for first time login.
UserName: EMPLOYEE CODE & Password:kseb@DDMM
DDMM=DATE and MONTH of your date of birth 
(Eg: For employee Birth date is 14-05-1987 ,So finally the initial password will be like kseb@1405)
For any issues regarding initial password,password reset etc.Please contact your HRIS LOCAL ADMINISTRATOR (or)

To download SCM App and Orumanet in your mobile(Only for Android Mobile)

1.Admin_>Mobile apps_>Downlod SCM App/Orumanet App.

2.Find the Mobile Access Key from there.

3.After installation ,enter  Mobile Access Key and Your Employee Code.

4.Verify your details and Proceed

5.Create a 4 digit PIN for logging in every time.


Tip:If There is a message"No role is assigned" Contact your concerned System Supervisor.
Also for any other Errors,search for "KSEB Common"  files in your mobile internal memory and delete the same.Then  in the next install your issue will be solved.
