How to Find Your Consumer Number?|KSEB Consumer Number Format|KSEB

Consumer number  is a unique 13 digit number,will be on your Bill (printed below the bar code), it has 13 digits and starts with 11.

The last five digits would be usually written below the KSEB's Energy meter at your home.

The last digits are  usually written with marker or whitener on your Energy meter.In some sections,A Consumer Card is provided with the meter.This card contains your full consumer number,section name and section code.

If you don't know your full consumer number ,you can find it as follows.

The basic format of a 13 digit Consumer Number is given by:-

11-Section Code(4 Digit)-CheckDigits(2-6 Digits)-Number in Your Meter Board(1-5 Digits)

• 11-Common for all Consumers.
• Section Codes(4 Digit):Click Here to Know your Electrical Section  Codes.
• Check Digits.  

     Eg:00-90,000-900,0000-9000,10000-90000,100000-900000(Not full numbers,only as above)

• Number in Your Meter Board(Your Consumer Number according to Your Section)

     From 1 to  any 5 Digit Number based on your section's consumer strength. 
       Sample:1,121,56324,1265,..etc.

Although,there are facilities to find your full consumer number based on your registered mobile number.This is limited to your own section.But the full number can be find out from any electrical section based on your section code and Number in your meter board.
